The fastest route, and the one with your account context already attached: open Survey AI and go to Settings → Contact support. It’s a real conversation with our team — payments, missing credits, verification, anything.

🗑️ Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app: Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE. It happens immediately and cannot be undone — and any remaining balance is forfeited, so cash out first. The details of what is removed and what accounting records we keep are in Privacy Policy §7.
