The rules for using Survey AI and getting paid.
Last updated August 6, 2026
These are the rules for using Survey AI. They are an agreement between you and us, so please read them — particularly Section 7, which explains when we can hold or take back a balance, and Section 18, which explains how disagreements get sorted out.
Survey AI pays real money. That makes the rules stricter than they would be for a free game, and it means we treat fraud seriously. If you use the app honestly, most of this will never come up.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By downloading, signing in to or using Survey AI, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and to our Privacy Policy, which is published at https://surveyai.io/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Survey AI is operated by Reward Rush, LLC ("Survey AI", "we", "us"). "You" means the person using the app. These Terms are published at https://surveyai.io/terms, and you can also read both documents in the app under Settings → Legal.
2. Who may use Survey AI
- You must be 18 or older. There is no version of this app for minors, and setup stops if the birth date you enter is under 18.
- You must be able to enter into a contract where you live, and not be barred from receiving payments under sanctions or other law.
- One account per person. Not one per device and not one per email address — one per human being. Running more than one account is the most common reason accounts get closed and balances taken back.
- What you tell us about yourself must be true, including your date of birth, and you must keep it true.
3. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. The account is yours alone: do not share it, sell it, rent it or let anyone else use it. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
Cashing out requires a verified phone number and an email address on file, and some cash-outs require an identity check (Section 6). If you will not or cannot complete those steps, you will not be able to withdraw a balance.
4. How you earn
Survey AI has two kinds of paid work, and the difference matters.
4.1 Surveys
We show you market research surveys supplied by a third-party research partner. You answer a few screening questions and, if you match the study, you take the survey and get the amount shown. If you do not match, you are screened out. That is normal, it happens to everyone, and where a screening attempt pays something the app shows you what it pays.
Setup also includes a couple of short practice surveys that credit a small real amount to your balance, so that the first thing you see is how getting paid works.
4.2 Game surveys
A game survey is a research study about a mobile game. You install the game through the app’s link, reach the milestones the offer lists while you play, and then answer the short survey that unlocks.
You are paid when you complete that survey — never for the install, and never per milestone. The milestones are the study’s entry requirement, not a pay schedule. That is why a game survey shows exactly one amount: the total you get on completion. Reaching some milestones and stopping earns nothing.
4.3 Purchases inside a game
Some game surveys involve buying something inside the game. That is optional, and the money is yours, spent with the game’s own store on the game’s own terms — not with us.
- We reimburse a tracked purchase and add a bonus on top. The app shows what the purchase costs and what it returns before you decide.
- Wait until the app confirms your install is verified. We cannot reimburse a purchase we cannot see attached to your account, and an untracked purchase stays your loss.
- Reimbursement is credited as part of the game survey’s payout, so it follows the same rule as everything else in it: it lands when the survey is completed.
- Refunds, chargebacks or a reversal by the game or the app store cancel the reimbursement, and we may debit it back.
5. Your balance
Your balance is our record of what you have earned and not yet been paid. It is not a bank account or a stored-value account, it earns no interest, and it cannot be transferred to another person or account. Until we have paid it to you, it stays subject to these Terms, including Section 7.
If we credit something in error — a duplicate, a partner reversal, a bug — we may correct the balance. We will tell you why.
6. Cashing out
- The minimum cash-out is $25. The cash-out screen always shows the current minimum; if it ever disagrees with this page, the app is right.
- We pay whole dollars. Cents left over stay in your balance for next time.
- PayPal is the payout method today, and the money goes to the email address you enter. The cash-out screen shows the full list of methods and marks the ones you can actually pick, because our server decides that list and it can change without a new version of the app.
- Get the address right. A payment sent to an address you mistyped is very hard to recover, which is why the app asks you to type an unfamiliar one twice.
- A verified phone number and an email address on file are required before a request can be submitted.
- Some requests need an identity check — a photo of your ID and a selfie. A person on our team reviews it, and we tell you the outcome either way.
- Requests are reviewed before they are paid. Most are straightforward; a flagged one takes longer.
Deleting your account forfeits whatever is left in your balance, so cash out before you delete.
7. Review, fraud and forfeiture
Every cash-out goes through automated checks before a person looks at it. Those checks look for things like the same email address across several accounts, and several accounts on one device.
If a request is flagged, or if we otherwise believe an account is breaking these Terms, we may:
- hold the request while we look into it,
- require an identity check before paying,
- refuse the request,
- reverse credits, or withhold and forfeit the whole balance, and
- suspend or close the account, and any other account belonging to the same person.
We take this seriously because it is the honest users’ money that gets diluted otherwise. It is also not a decision we hide behind. If we hold or forfeit your balance, message support: a person will tell you what triggered it and look again. If we got it wrong, we fix it.
Nothing in this section lets us keep money you honestly earned. It applies to fraud, multiple accounts, falsified answers, tampering and the other conduct listed in Section 9.
8. We do not promise a supply of work
How many surveys you see, what they pay and whether you qualify all depend on what researchers are buying at the time, and on who you are. Some days there is plenty; some days there is very little. Survey AI is not a job, not an income and not a guarantee of any amount, and nothing in the app should be read as a promise of earnings.
9. What you must not do
- Create or use more than one account, or use somebody else’s.
- Lie about who you are, how old you are or where you are — including through a VPN, a proxy, an emulator or any other way of appearing to be someone or somewhere you are not.
- Answer surveys dishonestly, at random, or in a way designed just to get through them.
- Use bots, scripts, automation or a modified version of the app.
- Interfere with our systems, our partners’ systems, or the tracking that credits your work.
- Fake an install, a milestone or a purchase, or reverse a purchase after being reimbursed for it.
- Sell, buy, share or transfer accounts or balances.
- Harass our team or other users, or misuse support to get money you did not earn.
Breaking these rules can cost you your balance and your account (Section 7).
10. Surveys, games and payouts come from other companies
The surveys come from a research partner. The games and offers come through our offers platform, from advertisers and offer networks. We choose what to show you and we decide what it pays, but we do not run those games, we do not control their content, their prices or their app-store terms, and we cannot fix a problem inside somebody else’s app.
When you tap through to a game or a survey, you are dealing with that company under its own terms and privacy policy. If a game charges you, that is between you and the game and its app store — tell us anyway if it affects a reimbursement, and we will help where we can.
Cash-outs are delivered by a third-party payment provider, not by us directly. We decide what you are owed and when we send it; the arrival of the money in your account is that provider’s doing, and their terms govern the account you receive it in.
11. Taxes
What you earn may be taxable where you live, and reporting it is your responsibility. We may need identifying information from you if the law requires us to report or withhold on a payment. We do not give tax advice.
12. Our app, and what you send us
Survey AI — the app, its content and its name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it personally, for what it is for. You may not copy it, reverse-engineer it, resell it or build a competing service out of it.
What you send us — survey answers, support messages, ideas — you allow us to use to run and improve the Service, including sharing survey answers with the researcher who bought the study. Your ID photos are used only as Section 6 describes.
13. Changes to the app and to these terms
We change the app often: features, offers, payout methods and the way earning works can all change. We may also change these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and if a change is material we will say so in the app. Carrying on using Survey AI after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the app — and cash out first if you can.
14. Ending it, from either side
You can stop at any time: delete your account in Settings. Cash out first, because deleting forfeits your balance.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms (Section 7), and we can stop offering Survey AI. If we close an account for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, and you have a balance at or above the cash-out minimum, we will pay it out.
Sections that should outlive the account do: Sections 5, 7, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18.
15. No warranty
Survey AI is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular survey, offer, payment or amount will be available to you. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Some places do not allow those exclusions. Where that is so, this section applies as far as it can and no further.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of Survey AI.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount we paid you in the twelve months before the claim, or $100.
None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Survey AI — breaking these Terms, breaking the law, or infringing someone’s rights — you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
18. Disputes, governing law and venue
Talk to us first
Most disputes are about a payment, and most are resolved in a support conversation within a day or two. Message us from Settings → Contact support, or email support@rewardrush.io, and give us 30 days to sort it out before starting formal proceedings. We will do the same for you before we bring a claim against you.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
A dispute we cannot settle between us belongs in the state or federal courts of the State of California, and we each agree to their exclusive jurisdiction. Either of us may still bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer-protection law of the place you live, where that law says it cannot be waived.
19. Apple and Google
You also have to follow the terms of the store you installed from. These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google: they do not operate Survey AI, they are not responsible for it, and they have no obligation to support it. If the app does not work, that is our problem to fix, not theirs.
On iOS, Apple may refund the purchase price of the app if it fails to conform to a warranty — Survey AI is free, so that amount is nothing — and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms, entitled to enforce them.
20. General
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Survey AI.
- If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- Not enforcing something straight away does not mean we have given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours if the business is sold or reorganised.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control.
- You are an independent user of the Service, not our employee, agent or partner.
21. Contact us
- In the app — Settings → Contact support.
- Email — support@rewardrush.io
If you need a postal address — to send a formal notice, for instance — ask at support@rewardrush.io and we will give you one.
